The pilot standard is concrete: answers must be useful or correctly escalated, pesticide responses must never become unsafe, farmers must understand the spoken response, and the escalation path must have an owner. The same caution applies to the words spoken back to the farmer. Machine translation once turned the Twi word for cocoa, “kokoo,” into “chicken.” A fluent sentence can still be dangerously wrong.
