Those are urgent questions. They are also questions where a confident voice reply can do harm if it guesses about land boundaries, legal rights, contamination, or the right authority to contact.

A warning sign needs a careful response

Ghana’s Parliament has passed a bill proposing protected status for cocoa farms and severe penalties for unauthorized conversion, particularly where illegal mining is involved. Farmers quoted by the Associated Press have also raised concerns about support and production costs.

That context makes a report of clearing near a cocoa farm worth taking seriously. It does not give AgriVoice permission to interpret a farmer’s tenancy agreement, declare that a neighbour has broken the law, assess water safety, or tell someone to confront workers on site.

The useful first response is smaller and more honest. Apollo 13 had a problem with no standard answer

In April 1970, Apollo 13 was on its way to the Moon when an oxygen tank exploded. Jim Lovell, Jack Swigert, and Fred Haise had to use the lunar module as a lifeboat while Mission Control worked through problems that had no ordinary checklist answer.

One immediate danger was carbon dioxide. The command module had square lithium hydroxide canisters. The lunar module used round ones. The available equipment did not fit together.
